Seattle Trip

We had a super fun and super fast weekend in Seattle - we got to celebrate a birthday, an anniversary and Father's Day!
It was a wonderful day for a picnic at Lake Washington.
The 'locals'. They look sweet, but don't be fooled.

Again - they look sweet, but...

Scott couldn't resist wearing Andrew's Spiderman mitt.

Emmy chilling with Mark on Father's Day.

What are you looking at?

Any questions????
Friday was a bit chilly, but it was beautiful the rest of the weekend.

Yeeehaw Uncle Scott!

Someday Andrew...someday.
Two places we always stop at in Seattle - the market...

...and the Space Needle.

Waiting in line for The Windstorm.

All smiles!

Photos don't do this ride justice - this ride is CRAZY!!

Some kids got a Frisbee stuck on top of this fountain. They entertained us for about an hour trying to get it down.

One of the best ballparks in the country!

Yes, we had SUN in Seattle!
We got moved to these seats because someone on the level above us kept spilling on us. It was great - plenty of room to spread out and watch the Mariners lose.

All the dads got t-shirts for Father's Day (even the non-dads like Scott and Brian.) This one came in very handy for Andrew.

Seriously - can this kid get any cuter?
The perfect backdrop for a picnic - the Cascades and Mt. Rainier (the itty, bitty white bump that you can barely see on the far right side of the picture).

We had a fun game of wiffle ball - the dads vs. the non-dads. I won't say who won. According to the kids "everyone is a winner".

I can't believe we actually got everyone in the photo using the timer.

Happy Birthday Scott

We took in a Padres baseball game for Scott's birthday. We scored tickets to the suite again so we had free food and beverages, and an awesome view.
What's a ballgame without pizza and beer?
I told them it was Scott's birthday so they ordered a Padre bday package. He got a special "It's my birthday" pin along with a T-shirt, calendar & more.
I couldn't bring a cake in from an outside vendor so we ordered one from the Padres - yum!
The happy birthday boy!
A long night...and the Padres LOST! UHHHGG!

Boxing with Sugar Ray and Tommy Hearn

Sugar Ray and Tommy facing off for the last time... or is it the last time??
Yeah, we could all totally take the guys boxing that night!

Cheese
Probably worth a million or so... ha ha. Just kidding.

Sugar Ray Leonard still looks like he's 20.

Camping at Indian Oaks

4th meal -- corn dogs over the fire... yum!
Our friendly little owl that lived in the tree by our campfire.
Chris and Eli - two of the scariest faces ever caught on camera...
Note: It's the Indian Oaks TRAILER Ranch...think Joe Dirt.
This is a photo of everyone the morning after...
Shiny, happy people.....
Chris and Sonia taking pulls of Delirium....
Eli prepping to shotgun a beer.

Ahhh, the burgers aren't going to cook themselves boys!
The love of my life! CHEEEEEESE!
CHEEEEESY!
Yeah, we fit right in at the TRAILER park.

How many Montanans does it take to fill a water balloon?
Ready. Aim. Launch!
We each caught a fish after learning they like hotdogs for bait.
Scott getting the poles ready.

This video captures how excited we all were after Sonia FINALLY hit the water balloon target on the other side of the lake. We went through 200 balloons and none of us had hit the gong yet. We started looking on the ground for leftovers and Sonia happened to find one!

No Sharks Here!

What's a beach day without horseshoes?
We made a sand turtle - note the cool shell necklace and nails! LOL

Jen and Eli goofing off.

The grillmaster checking out the surf...

The boys were hungry after their big surf session on the massive waves...(ok, really they weren't big at all and they were the only ones in the water). LOL

I wonder what Chris and Sonia are talking about?

One bug in particular really liked Jen's bag - it was HUGE!
